StepSisters Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StepSisters ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You must not be listed on any U.S. government sanctions list or reside in a jurisdiction subject to U.S. embargo (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) upload content you do not own or have rights to publish; (c) harass or abuse other users; (d) attempt to breach or test platform security; (e) scrape, crawl, or copy content without authorization.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant StepSisters a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit your content strictly to operate the Service.

6. Payments and Fees

Creator earnings are subject to a platform fee and commission disclosed in your dashboard. Payouts require KYC verification and a valid payout method. Tax documentation (W-9 / W-8BEN) is required before any payout.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, extended inactivity, or where required by law. You may request account deletion at any time from Settings. Deletion becomes permanent after a 30-day grace period.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StepSisters' aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property violations.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app and via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
